Lori’s yoga classes are a unique blend of Hatha and Kundalini asanas that work the entire body in a moderate to challenging way. We warm up, get energized, smooth out, then calm down with a short meditation and end with a well-deserved relaxation. Come and experience the movement, energy, laughter and community as we come together to enjoy, invigorate, relax and renew.
