Board Members up for Election/Reelection
PERT’s Annual Member’s Meeting is on Tuesday, December 3rd at 7 PM in the Visitors Center. Here are the candidates who are are being considered for seats on the Board of Directors.
Gregg Asplundh
Gregg is an executive at Asplundh Expert Tree Care. He and his wife and kids are part of his family’s multi-generational footprint in Huntingdon Valley since the 1940s.
Kim Seese
Kim spent a decade in marketing for various pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, including Pharmastrat, Novo Nordisc and Decision Resources Group. More recently she has focused her time on supporting local community organizations, including the Abington Health Foundation Women’s Board, New Life Church and the PERT Marketing Committee. She also serves on the Golf Committee of Huntingdon Valley Country Club. Kim graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a BS in Pharmaceutical Marketing. She has been an avid nature lover since childhood and spends a lot of her time outdoors. She lives in Rydal with her husband Sean and her two children, Stella and Greyson.
Kim joined the Board of Directors in December 2020 and serves on the Marketing Committee.
Kyle Genzlinger
Kyle graduated from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech with a BS in Management Science and Information Technology and went on to teach and work as an administrator at the Academy of the New Church Secondary Schools. In the fall of 2016, he changed careers and joined Cairnwood Cooperative Corporation where he focuses on wealth management, trust administration, and estate planning. Kyle serves on the board of the Academy of the New Church and the Bryn Athyn Church Finance Committee. Kyle lives in Bryn Athyn with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys running in the Pennypack and mountain biking.
Vira Katolik
Vira has spent her career working in pharmaceutical marketing across a wide variety of therapeutic categories, with a current focus in rare disease. She has a passion for connecting with and helping her community, and has been a longtime volunteer for Manna on Main Street, where she serves on two committees, as well as Wissahickon Trails, where she is training to become a hike leader. Vira’s volunteer work with the Trust includes working as a Reforester, serving on the Photo Contest Committee, and helping a Free-A-Tree events. Vira is a Rotarian and is Vice President of Horsham Rotary. Her hobbies include running, biking, hiking, reading, and world travel, having visited over 35 countries across 5 continents. Vira enjoys running and walking the trails of Pennypack Trust, and resides in Hatboro with her rescue Siamese cat, Clover.
Greg Odhner
Mr. Odhner graduated from the Academy of the New Church High School and Bryn Athyn College. He serves on the Bryn Athyn School Board and the Board of Directors of the Bryn Athyn Marksmen’s Association.
Mr. Odhner has served as a director since 1997, and is co-chair of the Stewarship Committee with Figge Bryntesson.
