Event Details

Part of Pennypack Trust’s Bring Nature Home Summer Series. By the time fall arrives, most gardeners are ready to put their gardens to sleep.  Fall should not be relegated to clean-up activities.   Fall is a great time to plant and to keep the garden visually attractive to us and interesting to the senses of our pollinators.  What better way to extend the growing season than to plant autumn interest native plants.  Find out which ones do well in our area and their importance in keeping pollinators (as well as feeding beneficial insects and the birds) in our gardens. Presented by Master Gardener Susan Doblmaier.  Members free; non-members $5.
