The Pennypack Creek has long been considered an impaired waterbody, incapable of supporting many aquatic species that should be common. Yet this conclusion has mostly been drawn from the largest sections of the Creek. Join Pennypack Streamkeepers Peter Gkonos and Nick Macelko, PERT research staff, and PERT intern Rachel Zobel to hear their exciting re-discovery of some of Pennypack Creek’s missing species hiding out in tributaries.
