July 22^nd – Family Friendly Stream Walk, Saturday, 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Spend a morning traipsing through the cool waters of the Pennypack Creek as we search for crayfish, minnows, snails, and more! There is a 15-minute walk from the visitor’s center to the creek, so please ensure that you are equipped to travel with your children that distance. Water friendly shoes (water shoes, waders, old sneakers, etc.) are strongly encouraged. For children, it is also worth bringing a change of clothes, just in case they stumble and end up wet. Please bring water for your family and feel free to bring a snack in case your children get hungry! Adult guardians are free, but please limit the number of adults to two.
